If you can’t make it during office hours, no worries at all! Life happens. You can message me any time during the week, and I’ll get back to you during the dedicated time, so you never miss out!

Each month, you'll have the chance to submit one business or marketing asset (such as sales page copy, emails, launch plans etc.) for a deep dive with me. I’ll give you detailed, no-BS feedback so you can make the tweaks and strategic improvements to drive better results that align with your goals.

1. Membership Overview

Mentor on Demand is a business and marketing mentorship membership offering:

Weekly Voxer office hours for private voice and text support

One monthly material review (e.g., emails, sales pages, launch plans)

This membership is designed to provide strategic support and guidance for entrepreneurs and business owners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and participate in Mentor on Demand. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Payment Terms

Subscription Model: Mentor on Demand operates on a recurring monthly, half-yearly, or annual subscription basis, depending on the plan you select at checkout.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel prior to your next billing date.

Payment Method: Payments are processed via Thrivecart and Stripe. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is up to date.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: Due to the nature of the mentorship, no refunds are provided after payment has been processed. If you’re unsure, consider joining on a monthly basis before committing to longer terms.

5. Voxer Office Hours Guidelines

Availability: Voxer office hours may vary, but members will receive a calendar outlining available times.

Response Time: While responses will be timely during office hours, immediate replies are not guaranteed.

Respectful Communication: All communication should remain professional and respectful. Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the membership without a refund.

6. Material Reviews

Submission: Members can submit one business or marketing asset per month for review.

Turnaround Time: Feedback will be provided within 5 business days of submission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided within Mentor on Demand are the intellectual property of Leticia Jadene Collins. You may not share, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mentor on Demand provides guidance and support based on experience and expertise, but results are not guaranteed. You are solely responsible for implementing strategies and decisions in your business.

9. Confidentiality

While every effort is made to maintain confidentiality within Voxer communications, please be mindful when sharing sensitive information, as Voxer is a third-party platform.

10. Modification of Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally. Members will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued participation in the membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
