    HOW IT WORKS

    Before the day: 

    Once you've booked, you'll receive a link to my calendar to schedule your date. When booking, you'll share a brief overview of what you want to focus on so I can come prepared.


    During the day (9am - 5pm UK)

    You send me voice notes or messages via Whatsapp whenever you're ready and I'll respond throughout the session.


    After the day: 

    You'll have access to all our messages and voice notes inside Whatsapp so you can revisit everything we covered whenever you need to.

    FAQs

    • Do I need to be available all day?
      No, you don't need to be glued to your phone. Send me a voice note or message whenever you're ready and I'll respond throughout the day. There's no pressure to be online constantly.
    • What if I don't know what to focus on?
      That's completely fine! A lot of people come to me feeling exactly that way. Just tell me what you're struggling with and we'll work through it together. Or if you've got a handful of questions you want to pick my brain on, we can work through those too. There's no set agenda.
    • If I purchase multiple days, do they have to be consecutive?
      No, they don't have to be back to back. You can book each day whenever works for you, but all days need to be used within 3 months of purchase.
    • How quickly will you respond during the day?
      I'll be checking in and responding throughout the day during 9am – 5pm UK hours. You won't be waiting hours for a reply.
